Chris Schell
 Chris Schell, Preston’s twin brother, is president of Schell Brothers. Not only is he responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a young, fast growing company but he clearly has a vision of Schell Brothers’ future. Chris brings a new level of expertise to OAA, having graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT with a degree in mechanical engineering. His experience in the financial field running his own hedge fund ultimately led him to Harvard Business School, where he graduated
in 2002.
Chris and Preston founded Schell Brothers in 2003 as a way to maintain quality control in the homes built for Ocean Atlantic and provide a superior home buying experience to OAA customers. Echelon Custom Homes soon followed the success of Schell Brothers by focusing on the luxury home market. Chris through his leadership and vision has assembled passionate and driven teams in both companies.
